• 1 large Onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Afghan Mantu spices (recipe to follow)
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 500g Mantu dough (recipe to follow)
• 2 cups plain yogurt
• 1 cup water (for steaming)
