• 1 kg Ground Lamb (Afghan Mantu Filling)
• 2 large Onions, finely chopped
• 1 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped (Herbal Remedy)
• 2 tbsp Dried Fenugreek leaves (Spice, Herbal Remedy)
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder (Spice, Herbal Remedy)
• 1 tsp Ground Cumin (Spice)
• ½ tsp Black Pepper (Spice)
• Salt to taste
• Vegetable oil for frying onions
• Mantu Dough (For making the dumplings)
