• 1 kg Ground Beef (or Lamb) for Afghan Mantu
• 1 large Onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
• 1 tsp Turmeric
• 1 tsp Coriander
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• Vegetable oil for frying the Mantu filling
• Dough (recipe will vary depending on preference – all-purpose flour, water, salt)
• Yogurt Sauce (optional, but highly recommended)
