• 1.5 kg Long-grain rice (Classic Palestinian Maqluba Rice recipe)
• 1 large Onion, finely chopped
• 1 kg Chicken or Lamb, cut into serving pieces
• 1 kg Mixed vegetables (eggplant, cauliflower, potatoes, etc.)
• 1 tbsp Baharat spice blend (Palestinian Maqluba spice blend)
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Vegetable broth or water

Assessment

The evaluation process is conducted through the submission of assignments, and there are no written examinations involved.
