• 1 kg Lamb for Turkmen Shashlik (boneless, cut into 2-inch cubes)
• 2 large Onions (thinly sliced)
• 100g Tomato Paste
• 50ml Vegetable Oil
• 2 tbsp Turkmen Shashlik Spice Blend (or a mix of paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, pepper)
• 1 Lemon (juiced)
• Fresh Coriander (chopped, for garnish)
• Wooden or Metal Skewers
