• Korean BBQ (Korean Barbecue, grilling, meat, bulgogi, galbi)
• Kimchi (fermentation, spicy, cabbage, side dish, Korean cuisine)
• Bibimbap (mixed rice, vegetables, gochujang, healthy, bowl)
• Japchae (glass noodles, stir-fried, vegetables, sweet potato starch)
• Korean Stew (jjigae, stew, soup, tofu, seafood, meat)
• Banchan (side dishes, Korean food, variety, flavors)
• Doenjang jjigae (fermented soybean paste stew, hearty, traditional)
• Tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes, street food, gochugaru, chewy)

Assessment

The evaluation process is conducted through the submission of assignments, and there are no written examinations involved.
