The Learners must possess:
Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 5 Award/Diploma or equivalent / higher qualification (eg: bachelors or masters degree or Level 5 or 6 or  7 or 8 etc.)
or
Mature learners with management 5 years of work experience in case of no formal qualification
and
Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course
