Entry requirements

The Learners must possess:
● Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 4 Award/Diploma or at the level of GCE/GCSE or equivalent qualification
or
● Work experience of 2 years or more in case you do not hold any formal qualification
and
● Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course

Course Content

• Lead practice in promoting the well-being and resilience of children and young people
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the safeguarding of children and young people
• Lead and manage a team within a childcare setting
• Develop and implement a curriculum framework that promotes children's learning and development
• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in early learning and childcare
• Develop and implement partnerships with families and other professionals in early learning and childcare
• Lead practice in supporting children and young people with additional needs
• Lead practice in promoting positive behaviour in children and young people
• Lead practice in supporting the holistic development of children and young people

Assessment

The assessment is done via submission of assignment. There are no written exams.

6 Months : GBP £1250
9 Months: GBP £950
